Vincenzo Lipardi is President and Co-Founder of SPICI – Company for Innovation, Cooperation and Internationalization, and General Director of Italian Innovation Factory, the new international incubator located in East Naples and focused on the Green & Blue Economy and Cultural and Creative Industries. He has a strong expertise in Policies for Research and Technological Innovation, Business Creation, Internationalization, Science Communication, Creation and Management of Science Centres and Science Museums. Officially recognized as Innovation Manager by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT), he is an expert of the EU Commission REA – Research Executive Agency.
He co-founded the Naples City of Science, and has long served the Naples Municipality as Director of Communications and New Technologies. Along with Mayor Gaetano Manfredi (former Rector of the Federico II University of Naples), he co-founded and worked as Vice President of the Campania NewSteel Incubator. On behalf of the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR), he created and managed the China-Italy Innovation Week, and collaborated with UNESCO to establish science museums and centres in Africa and in the Middle East. He was Board Member of the EBN – European Business Network, and is currently member of several international networks.
