Mariangela Contursi is General Director of SPICI – Company for Innovation, Cooperation and Internationalization, and Co-founder of Italian Innovation Factory, the new international incubator located in East Naples and focused on the Green & Blue Economy and Cultural and Creative Industries. Manager with a decades-long experience in Business Creation, Development, Innovation and Internationalization; she has a strong expertise in Industrial Development Strategies and Digital Innovation, and is an expert in consulting, coaching and training services for the promotion of Innovation Processes, Technology Transfer and Sustainable Development.
She was General Director of Campania NewSteel, the first incubator of Southern Italy recognized by the Italian Ministry for Economic Development, was Head of the Business Innovation Centre of the Naples City of Science, Operational Manager of the Business Innovation Centre and Campania Innovazione S.p.A. Technology Park.
She was Staff Coordinator of the Department for Development of the Naples Municipality, and was responsible for R&D, Innovation and Industry.
She is Regional Manager for Southern Italy and Islands of InnovUp, Association of the Italian Innovation and Startup Ecosystem, and Member of the Advisory Board of MANN – National Archaeological Museum of Naples.
