Abstract
Industrial cybersecurity is the practice of protecting industrial control systems (ICS), networks, and software programs rom digital attacks. These cyberattacks areusually aimed at accessing, changing, or destroying sensitive data; interrupting normal production or operation. Implementing effective cybersecurity measures is particularly challenging today since ICS are more open and much more devices connected to the ICS, and attackers are becoming more skillful and innovative.
In this session, we will present the major challenges ICS security, discuss the state-of-art technologies used in the industry, and enumerate several promising technologies for future ICS of Industrial 4.0 or Industrial Internet.
